He's not trying to prove anything just telling it the way he saw it while in the govt. and I see no reason at all to think he's lying.
Dr Vallee is a friend of his and even wrote one of the forwards and said they don't agree on all aspects of this so why should he agree with NIDS on everything? We don't agree on all of this. Again it means nothing.
