To be honest Goo, I would really love to see him do his own testing on some of the alleged implants removed by Leir. Or even go to some of the operations performed to remove these objects. Because from his own words he'll test, re-test, have it tested by his own skeptics then re-test again. I would love to see that, wouldn't you? Unfortunately, it has not happened and that makes me wonder why.

I thought Dawkins took the cowards way out !

There's a lot of holes in Dawkins' work.
I must admit to only reading one of his books,but found it unconvincing.
I also found 'Dimensions' by Vallee, equally unconvincing.

That was great Mac50!

Here's my argument. I'm not saying Tyson is wrong by any means. His argument was that people tend to jump to conclusions when faced with an UNIDENTIFIED flying object, and he's right. I'm sure that everyone here agrees that 95% of UFO sightings can be explained by conventional aircraft, military aircraft, weather balloons, space debris, what have ya. But there still remains that FIVE PERCENT that CAN NOT be explained by any means. These are the cases where pilots encounter objects at close range, real 3D objects that are undeniably controlled by something or someone intelligent. Cases in which airforce pilots have given chase to such objects, objects that have been documented to reach outrageous speeds and just disappear into thin air. Sometimes making incredible right angle turns while reaching these speeds. Cases in which thousands of people witness the same gigantic slow moving object thats so big it blots out the sky. Cases in which videos and pictures of visibly uniform objects unfamiliar to anything we have on earth, that have been analysed and analysed again by specialists. The remaining FIVE PERCENT of UFOs that can not be explained are obviously being controlled by something intelligent. If they're ours, some kind of secret aircraft, one...our government isn't doing a very good job at keeping it secret. Two... These things have been witnessed for decades, centuries if you want to go that far, but lets stick to decades. If our government had possession of these things for that long, why waste time flying over our own airspace, why haven't we used it for war, to scare the beejeebers out of our enemies? Why waste time and money on the Stealth and other fighter planes when we have something like that?
If it's someone else's, then we have the right to be concerned. However if it was someone else's, one...why haven't they used it against our country yet? Why scare unsuspecting civilians when they could fly right over the White House with it, bomb our military bases, nuclear plants, coast lines, etc., Render us powerless. Or even just manipulate us into giving up our country and our power.
Out of the FIVE PERCENT of UFOs that can't be explained, it remains certain that something or someone intelligent is manuevering them. If they're not ours and they're not theirs, who's are they? Something tells me they're not mutant apes trying to take over the world.
