Alien abductions need help please

Alright so out through my life ive experienced tons of strange particular things happening in my life it all started out when i was a baby i can remember leaving my body at times and id be outside my body looking down at me and my brother or i would see white lights or orb's around me

I remember having dreams when i was about 4 and i remember there was people standing arounding me while i was being born in a square circle around me and my mom ive had dreams of being worked on in medical procedures ive had so many strange dreams that didnt seem to add up sometimes im in a classroom full of people and its like there trying to teach me stuff every nite while im sleeping

Ive had dreams of parasites comming out of the ground in the ocean out of holes ive had dreams of strange creatures walking around and sometimes atatcking me sometimes in my dreams everythings white and everyones wearing white and everything seems so blissfull and theres always a female companion for me in my dreams.Once when i was in 8th grade 8 years ago i was sleeping in my bed and a white bright yellow and white light woke me up and it was like 8-12 inches tall flying above me about 2-3 feet away and i swung at it it scared the heck out of me and i still regret doing that it looked like a small creature and as soon as that happen for some reason i immediately went to sleep.On rare occasion's im laying down in my bed and im either sleeping or i wake up and i cant move or speak i try to scream and yell for help but its like i cant do anything at all like im paralyzed in my bed happened to me 6 times in the past 4 years

Yes, and they called all my psyhic readings and telepathic messages from other wordly beings being skitzophranic..and my dreams i never did mention

Rather sadly some of the researchers in this field have passed away. This isn't a field I overly cover and your geographical location can effect the type & caliber of support that may be available to you...

Just a simple google search, there was a group in the states that I came accross last year that I would have recomended but for the life of me I can't remember it... Getting old... Or just feeling old maybe..???

yes i still have these dreams and im on medication now even though it doesnt do anything.ive been on it for the past 2 and half years

Have you kept a diary of your dreams? As frightening as they are, looking for patterns in them or sharing with your personal health professional may assist. The psychopompic and sleep paralysis effects are actually normal, but terrifying. I've had that. Not pleasant.

On another thread we discussed sciece fiction writer Cordwainer Smith, a pseudonym of Paul Linebarger. He had a type of superconscious issue which was revealed under the name of Paul Kirk by his therapist in the 1950s. Reading his story may help.
