I thought we were discussing our views.....not joining a book club!!! I am sure we have all read some books on the subject. Some people, however, are just not readers and that should not prevent them from having valid views and opinions.

Believe me, I am a reader.No doubt all or most people here are. But it's silly to assume books espousing the most far out or least parsimonious views have the most to teach us.

I wasn't pointing fingers at any one person who posts on this board. I do agree with you on most of your views concerning ET.
Sometimes, the more you read, the less you understand about a subject!! There is a flood of books on ufology nowdays.
I think what is missing with a lot of "bookworms" is common sense!!! Again....not pointing fingers at anyone.
