Default Hunted By Aliens: The Higdon Ordeal

By all accounts 41 year-old oil well driller, husband and father of four, Carl Higdon, was not a man prone to flights of fancy, but on the crisp autumn afternoon of October 25, 1974, he had a close encounter with a bizarre being who would not only test the limits of his imagination, but quite literally take him on the ride of his life.

Like many Americans in the 1970s, the hardworking Carl Higdon was hit hard by the recession. As food prices crept ever higher, Higdon decided that he would have to hunt in order to feed his family and stock their icebox with enough meat to get them through the harsh Wyoming winter that was just around the corner. It would be during one such expedition that Higdon would go from being the hunter to becoming the hunted.........

Default Hunted By Aliens: The Higdon Ordeal

Carl Higdon comes across like totally believable, this is a solid abduction case imo, Mac 5. Thanks for adding. The trace is fascinating, together with the background of how it was obtained. The bullet was stopped and incredibly mangled by 'sumtin' harder than a tree or rock. Also it's interesting that whoever did the stopping, kept the human hunter's target, a magnificent male Elk alive. Also, 'negative' trace, in that remnants of previous illnesses, kidney stones and lung scarring were absent in X-rays after Higdon's abduction.

Awesome stuff...

Even if Higdon had continued into McCarthy Canyon, Ausso One would've thought of something, lol.

"Mr. Hidgon's experience is certainly strange, and might even be described as bizaare...."

Bizarre is right.

As weird as it gets, fersure dr wu. But just when I think I've heard every conceivable kind of alien story this one comes along, and I go "Wow!" again.

And if he's honest, Higdon's abductors appear bizarre, yet advanced and intelligent too. Perhaps good guys?

Dunno about the latter but they're obviously humanoid and technological.

What he thinks he saw looked humanoid and technological.

if it walks like a duck and looks like a duck, shouldn't we think it most likely that it is a duck?

btw, we have 4 dimensions: 3 of space and one of time. what many do not understand is that according to relativity theory, virtually everything inside our space-time continuum moves at the speed of light. (yes I said "everything")

we earthlings, see reality as our three spatial dimensions of space-time, with time simply ticking forward like a rapid succession of 3D images -- with most things seeming to move very slowly compared to light. thus, considering our total velocity to be that of light, we must have almost all of our vector submerged in the time dimension.

this doesn't preclude us from encountering beings from the same space-time continuum that have their vector components distributed differently. thus they might handle space and time differently from us, yet still occupy the same 4 dimensions that we perceive. were this the case, it would not be proper to classify them as being from alternate dimensions.
