Need Opinion for new mobile

i own this lil simple mobile ( Alcatel OT-806 - Full phone specifications ) for 2 years now it has no operating system like android, ios, etc and i think it has served me well but its time has come

im not fascinated by all these "extreme" mobile devices that are currently in the market like iphone 4s , samsung galaxy series etc and i cant stand lossing a month's salary for something like this however i wanna do a small step that my wallet can afford towards technology so i have concluded with the devices shown in the poll. whats your opinion ?

Note : I find very handy the combination of touchscreen and keyboard
