This thing has what seen to me like tentacles or feelers around an air breathing mouth, it seems to exhale. It seems to be striking prey. The tail is very fish-like, but seemingly horizontally aligned. ???

I guess it must be cg, but it sure looks good.

Video is from a "Monsterquest" episode.Turned out to be a seal thought to be extinct but showed up off the coast of Florida. Not CG -real seal, real deal. Caribbean Monk seal maybe?
