That's been the story all along; Rapture on May 21st, and the world ends 5 months later on October 21st. (He uses some Bibley arithmetic to come to these conclusions, but I'm unfamiliar with the accounting particulars as I'm not really much of a Jesus enthusiast.)

Elements of the media are at fault for this confusion. If they're going to do the story, especially to this level of saturation, they need to at least get the details right regardless of how batsh!t crazy it all is.

I think the media handle this pretty well,it was all done sort of tongue in cheek.Btw,George Noory said on Coast that after the day of lift off came and went he tried to get those same people to come back on the show,the ones that swore up and down that this was all going to take place exactly as predicted. They declined,snicker snicker,the Bible says no man knows the day or the hour,lets all remember that for future guys that seek publicity for their church.
