Dr.Leir was on Coast last night

Dee did you hear him? He was on in the last hour of the show,hes a gravely voiced guy in the first place but last night he was coming down with a sore throat or a cold so his voice was even more so,nevertheless I listend as hes one of my favorite guests.One of the things that are hard to do is to seperate the chaf from the wheat.For instance I have a real hard time with whatever Whitley Strieber says,I just do.With Dr.Leir I believe his interest in the phenomenon is genuine,however last night I was dismayed to hear him take a call from a guy claiming to be from Roackaway New York.He claimed to have witnessed a meteroite crash into the sea,then he said he was picking up rocks that had washed ashore and that he had then put these rocks into fresh water and little creatures came out.Now heres the thing,for a few minutes George Noory and Dr.Leir both had questions for the caller when they got back to him I noticed that the southern accent the caller had in the beginning was now gone.Did anyone hear the show?

Neither george noory nor dr.leir made any comments to the caller but both asked that he send them samples.Ive got to hear this show again but to me the caller became downright goofy with his answers,first he said the water into which he placed the rocks became filled with tiny creatures,then he said they could only be seen with is cell phone camera,then he said they had died.All in all it was a call that I would have hung up on but the Doctor seemed intrigued by.

I caught that show too Carol. I agree that the caller sounded like a kook!! Imo, though, that is the right way to handle people like that.....make him put up or shut up lol. I highly doubt he will ever send them any samples!!!
Aside from that, it was an interesting show.
Tonights show should be a good one too...it is about alien abductions.

Dee Im drooling to hear tonights show,I cant wait.If its on the second half of the show Im sunk,I just cant stay awake for the entire show,but Ill hear it on friday if George Noory doesnt have open lines all night.

I wouldn't take anything too seriously that is said by callers on that show.
I don't even bother to listen anymore and haven't since Art Bell left years ago...plus I always fall asleep becasue of the commercials.

It is not the callers....it is the guests that matter, imo. I would rather hear from the horses mouth than rely on second hand info.

Not since Art Bell Dr.Wu,Holy Cow! Dee I listend to the entire show and tried hard to pay attention but I got lost when the guest tried to tie in Et with our Military and communication,what was that all about?

You know Dr.Wu Noory's guest was a woman that not only has investigated abductions for decades but she herself is an abductee,she was more than tolerant and I would have loved it had you called in and asked her point blank about the EDH hypothosis.Maybe you can go to her website and whip out a question regarding EDH Ill bet shes the type that will answer you.

She made some very interesting points. I can see how many abductions COULD be the military working WITH the aliens!! Perhaps the early accounts of alien abduction were truly done solely by aliens but it turned into a kind of government co-operation where the military is doing many of the abductions and letting the aliens take the blame. Not sure I can explain this very well yet....but I do think there could very well be something to this idea.
Have to give it some more thought.

Now listen up this is so interesting,Ive got on a show and the subject of lie detectors came up,an expert in the field came on to say the following,that lie detectors have been around for 100 years,imagine that,then he said they are now computerized and there get this 98% reliable! Isnt that exciting?
