Carol, it is natural to think all things have a motivation. I eat because I need food, kind of thing. What if "these things" that cause mutilation have no reason, They just do it, and there is no "because" or "why" to it. Like lightning might hit you because you get between it and the ground, it has no motivation. These animals are just in the way as these "entities" materialize or travel in our world. A kind of "transporter" accident, and unintended.

What do you think.

By the way, I may experiment with going back to being a "believer" again for a while. I miss the believing excitement I used to have.

Nope,that doesnt work for me,If what your saying is that these entities dont zero in on these animals but "bump" into them on their way to and from our world Im not buying it.I suppose they "bump" into those animals accidently,accidently on purpose.Those animals are cut,there hearts have been removed,there blood has been removed,and most of all where Im concerned anyways is that the ranchers are baffled.There completely and totally baffled.So are the ranch vets.No,this is no accident Chris,this is most decidedly on purpose.

so it's like they are psychopathic butchers of some kind? do you have any thoughts about why they have to chop and hack like this? if I get into a mystery I'm compulsive until I have some kind of solution. I can't just say "I will never know".

The thing really is why would government do something like this, when they could just raise cows in government lands and cut them up as they see fit....

Chris my personal take on this may surprise you.I dont think its aliens at all ,I do believe its the government in a blacker than black operation.I too thought of that NS,I said to myself why doesnt the government end all speculation regarding cattle mutes by raising there own head.But I got to put two and two together because of a lady lawyer years ago on Prodigy.It was she that suggested that that same government was burying hot radio active material on federal lands,years later they opened these same lands to free grazing.Thats what there testing for and letting aliens get the blame.They want to see if that hot radioactive material works itself up into the plants and grasses on which those cattle graze.Ive always been a bit smitten by this theory,dunno if its true or not but it does explain why formaldehyde is found in the mouths of cattle that have been examined,but it doesnt explain how the heck theyremove the heart of the animal and all of the blood,not leaving any for anyone to examine.

its possible Carol, there`s always possibility that Cows in natural herding environment has something special too that the culprits gather or look for, like natural ingradients. I have read somewhere that some cattle breeders use growth hormon on cows, but im not sure every breeder uses it.

I'm back on the fence again for a while. There are two views. I found both. One backs up Carol's statement. It is far more interesting and exciting to believe alien psychopaths from the stars are doing this stuff, so I will reserve judgement.

Mystery Of Cattle Mutilations Solved?

Human researchers, not Martians, likely mysteriously mutilated cattle in the Southwest during the 1970s and 1980s.

That´s what a retired police officer tells Action 7 News.

He would like to say more, but he says the topic is too "sensitive."

"It´s solved. I know who did it," said Gabe Valdez, a retired New Mexico State Police officer. "I don´t want to go on too much, because it´s so sensitive the research that we´re doing."

"It´s humans," he said, "not UFOs or Satanic groups or people from Mars it was humans," Valdez said.

"It´s taken me 30 years to figure it out," Valdez said. "It has been solved as far as I´m concerned,"

Valdez said he believes researchers carried out the acts using helicopters. He won´t offer any clues as to who specifically killed the cattle.

Action 7 News has spent many years covering the unsolved mutilations.

In past interviews, witnesses described finding dead and mutilated cows in pastures, often with missing tongues, lips and ears.

In one case, a witness described how a surgical passage had been cut through a cow´s rectum to remove all its insides.

In another case, a bull was found to have had all its reproductive organs removed.

In all the cases, there were no signs of gunshots, or of animals tracking down and killing the cows. That´s what led some conspiracy theorists to promote the idea that perhaps a Satanic cult or even mysterious space visitors.

The owners of the ranch where the bull was found also said they received threatening phone calls. Their dog also disappeared. By 1985, the rancher sold all his cattle and got out of the business.

B. Natural process of the gross kind.

In the 1970s, the ATF and even the FBI investigated the cattle-mutilation phenomenon. Their results? They found no evidence of anything other than natural causes and the occasional psychopath. No cult activity, no aliens, no monsters.

In 1979, an Arkansas sheriff named Herb Marshall got a bunch of complaints about cattle mutilation in his jurisdiction. So he got the idea to take a dead cow, plop it down in a field and film it for 48 hours in what was undoubtedly the worst two-day stakeout. After the elements and various creatures were done with it, the stakeout cow was indistinguishable from any other animal that had been "mutilated."
