Well something odd happening wouldnt have been enough at the moment,can you imagine being there and turning to your buddy saying "thats odd" and going back to the mess hall? Something odd happening might do it for now but then,living the experience these men acted just as one would to a real happening.What else where they supposed to think? I can just imagine if you were there when this all took place,"now now,control yourself I know a beam of blue light was just shot down to your feet,I know you saw this thing morph into four more objects but Jung says....

Rendlesham is a great case because these are actual military people that get freaked out, and see a vehicle creeping through the forest, and a craft that shoots a beam down at their feet.

It's too bad they have not got more publicity. Clnl. Halt didnt want it to be opened up , and didn't want his information released. But it got out because someone had a tape of his audio recording. It went public, and now its in the ufo documentaries.

there's not much photographic or video evidence of the case, but we have military witnesses that saw the objects.

The thing with ufo cases, is that no matter how much dramatic footage you have, it still gets debunked.

What we need is open scientific study in colleges, to study the phenomenon. That will give it more credibility.

I've been studying a UFO case from the UK lately. It happened at Bentwaters-Woodridge Air Force Base in 1980.

The witnesses are credible military personnel and experts in identifying aircraft. Nick Pope, once part of the UK's Ministry of Defence, is one of the people who consider them to be credible witnesses and the events of the case to be authentic as well.

One of the most intriguing things about the case are symbols one of the witnesses drew in his logbook. He touched them and the UFO, they were etched or engraved on it's side.



I've been trying to decipher and make sense of the symbols and I have arrived at this hypothesis:

1. The pyramid pattern at the bottom has two orbs, what appears to be a star and the first planet orbiting it elliptically. Mercury orbits the sun in an elliptical orbit.



2. The UFO in question was triangular in shape when viewed from above or below, as one would see it corresponding to a planetary orbit on a two dimensional star map.



It tells me "This ship is from Mercury.", as the triangle itself is within the the planet's orbit.

3. The symbols along the top are geometric patterns which can vary in a nearly infinite combination of shapes. I was looking for something to compare it to here on Earth and I then remembered gravatars.

So, I have a theory. The symbols along the top are randomly generated unique ID patterns with the triangular design along the bottom designating it's origin.

Aliens from Mercury or from a base in Mercury? Mercury does have an atmosphere and although it is near the sun it has frozen water in it's polar ice caps(which can be distilled, used to irrigate and to drink), it is also substantially cooler inside it's craters even when exposed to the sun and it's dark side gets hundreds of degrees below zero. Not very hospitable to humans, but an advanced humanoid species can easily build a base there.

Radiation and heat alone is something that highly advanced beings can deal with considering they have to be able to survive radiation in space to travel in it. Domed structures that seem to be shown in the Messenger photographs might be biospheres. I'd suspect Mercury is an origin for some of the UFOs, but not all of them.

The floors of the craters are permanently shielded from sunlight, so the temperature never gets high enough to melt the ice.

they assumed it was an alien space ship, because it was a saucer shaped vehicle, 7 foot on a side, and had strange writing on it. With a bank of blue an red lights on it. We have to trust what they said, the more so becasue they are military trained men. And the more so because they did not want it released. Someone looking for publicity would want it released, like a hoaxster.
