Being friends with someone means nothing about trusting their word unless one is paranoid. He was also friends with Corso. Vallee and Alexander have many friends..so what? Many of them in the ufo area intermingled over the years.
Again what is your fixation with NIDS and tris..? people disagree about tris...get over it .
He believes he's an insider..? Did you read the book? He was an insider, period. More inside than anyone else so far who has written about it .

Most fireplaces actually cool your home by throwing out the heat with the exhaust fumes. You need to do what I did last winter and install a wood burning stove in your fireplace. World of difference!

Dr.Wu NIDS did an investigation into Black Tris,Alexander took the word of someone that was in the military and came to the errouneous conclusion that the Black Tri isnt ours,snort,now thats an insider for ya..Maybe its absolutely true and the Black Tri isnt ours,but I should think that Mr.Insider would have been more thurough than asking the first and ONLY military man he saw.

Btw,with his revalation that the Black Tri isnt ours wouldnt you think that the Black Tri would be included in the index at least,it isnt,here the Black Tri gets more mention in the ufo community than flying saucers but it isnt even listed in the index,how odd..

Absurd; it depends on the views presented, in light of the evidence. My attitude is the same as that of KDR. He has rejected many crash retrieval stories, including some pertaining to Roswell, when the corroboration wasn't sufficient or when the witness wasn't deemed credible enough.

BTW, I am not saying that I personally feel that all of the UFO evidence can be explained in prosaic terms. I am simply saying that, based on what we know today, we cannot close the door on that idea. There is still a very strong possibility that all of this is just bullshit and that we've spent untold time and money to no good purpose.

No really knowledgable and objective observer of the phenomenon subscribes to that view. Yet again, if there were prosaic explanations for many cases, we would've heard about them long ago. There's no doubt something very strange is going on. Interpretations may vary but the phenomenon is real. If UFOlogy were based solely on witness testimony (especially less credible), if there were no radar sightings, or landing traces like socorro, or injuries, or photos like Mcminnville I would concur--but that's not the case.

There is still a very strong possibility that all of this is just bullshit and that we've spent untold time and money to no good purpose.

In light of all the evidence, there's virtually no such possibility.
