But why? Why if there was no diamond shaped ufo in the area of Piney Woods,and if there wernt 23 chinook choppers and the air force denied any involvement with the Piney Woods incident would they then turn around and try to buy Betty's car.Im surprised this hasnt been brought out long before this.Seems to me that Betty's car would be the very last thing the air force would be purchasing,better they had one of their goons steal it in the dark of night.

what I don't find in the linked article are any specifics about the claim that the US military tried on numerous occasions to buy Betty's car. Is the claim itself from Betty?

Im not sure,but when you think of it it had to have come from Betty Cash,remember I told that the show I saw this on was UFO Hunters,well it maybe was Unexplained Mysteries that show was on either before or after Hunters. It makes no sense that the Air Force openly asked Betty Cash about selling that car,why what for? They ducked and dodged and denied when she tried her best to get them to take responsibility then they asked to buy her old car.Shakes head,makes little to no sense to me.

Yes, I too have difficulty remembering which tv series presented what. But should you come across some more info on the subject, I would be interested. So many urban legends to contend with these days.

I dont believe that at all,your a dedicated follower of ufo stories,you try your very best to present cases that have merit,that cant be said for everyone Darrell.
