The truth...wouldn't that be wonderful, but then there's never been any real transparency in any govt when it comes to the military and the intel agencies.

They have nonthing to gain .. & the human race is relatively unstable!

Well, medicine has advanced too. My point was that we shouldn't assume the aliens would be appalled at our behavior. They were, and perhaps still are, no more inherently moral. But I do suspect they've solved many basic internal problems or they probably wouldn't be here.

Certainly they have little if anything to learn from us via talking to us. They obviously do find something here worthwhile or they wouldn't be here--maybe certain genes? Just about the only communication is deceptive.

I can't think of any sane reason...as to why the other-worlder's would want to land there starship on the White House lawn in Washington D.C.

I mean...why risk such a foolish endeavor, when TPTB would probably want to try to disable and capture the starship, by dropping a neutron bomb on it?

The other-worlder's... display the beautiful flight characteristic's of a Foofighter in our sky's, as proof, that they are the leader's in space/aerial flight technology, when they use the Foofighter/starship --- as examples for us to follow.
